Devine was originally from Great Bend, Kansas, and graduated from St. John High School in 2017. He worked as a foreman with Dig-Rite Hydro Excavation and previously served as a farmhand with Cornwell Farms. Colleagues described him as a hardworking and dependable employee who took pride in his work and was respected by those around him.
He is remembered by family as a devoted father to his son Weston Devine. Loved ones say his role as a parent was central to his life, and he was deeply committed to his family. He is survived by his parents, siblings, extended family members, and many close friends.
